Holding announcement according to article 93 section 2 BörseG
Pursuant to Sect. 91f of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Wienerberger AG has been informed that BNP Paribas S.A., based in France, holds 4,730,860 voting rights, i.e. 4.03% of a total of 117,526,764 voting rights of Wienerberger AG and, thus, exceeded the notification threshold of 4% as of January 27, 2016. BNP Paribas S.A. can exercise these voting rights without being the owner and is authorized to exercise the voting rights for its subsidiaries. Its subsidiary BNP Investment Partners S.A. indirectly holds 4.03% of the voting rights of Wienerberger AG through the following subsidiaries:
