TBC Bank Group PLC MSCI United Kingdom Small Cap Index inclusion

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") is pleased to inform its shareholders about the announcement from MSCI on 10 November 2020 that TBC PLC shares will be added to the MSCI United Kingdom Small Cap Index.

The inclusion will be implemented at the close of Monday, November 30, 2020 and will take effect from the start of trading on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
