Publication of 2012 Registration Document

Bureau Veritas has submitted on March 22, 2013 its 2012 Registration Document (« Document de référence 2012 ») with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force. The Registration document includes notably:

• the 2012 Financial Annual Report;
• the Chairman's report on internal control procedures and on corporate governance and the
• statutory auditors' reports on the same;
• the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors for the financial year 2012;
• a description of the shares buyback program.
