Update on cyber security incident

On 7 October 2020, Xaar plc ("Xaar", the "Group" or the "Company"), the leading inkjet printing technology group announced prompt action had been taken following unauthorised access to its computer systems. There remains no evidence that any data was extracted and Xaar has not experienced any impact to its business and customer operations.

As part of the response, Xaar immediately notified the Information Commissioner's Office.  Xaar co-operated with the Information Commissioner throughout the investigation and has been informed that no further action will be taken.
