Press release announcing the formalities for obtaining or consulting

the Registration Document

Bouygues filed its 2012 Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 11 April 2013.

The Registration Document includes the full-year financial review, the Report by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on corporate governance, internal control and risk management, the auditors' reports and information on fees paid to auditors and a description of the share buyback programme.

The French-language version of the Registration Document is available on the company's website at www.bouygues.com. Copies can also be obtained from the company's registered office at 32 avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, France.
