Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that on 2 November 2020 it received notification that Paul Hollingworth, Chairman, purchased 16,704 ordinary shares at a price of 199.5 pence per share on 2 November 2020. The transaction took place in London.

As a result of this notification, Paul Hollingworth has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 47,620 ordinary shares, which represents 0.024% of the Company's voting share capital.
