Availability of the 2012 Reference Document

The 2012 Reference Document (Registration annual report) was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on Thursday, April 18th, 2013. It is available free of charge to the public under current regulatory conditions and may be viewed at the www.kering.com website (Finance section).

The Reference Document comprises the Annual financial report, the report by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the Board's activities and on internal controls and risk management, the reports from the Auditors and their fees.
