Drax Group plc advises that Vanessa Simms, a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee, is to be appointed as an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of Land Securities Group PLC ('Land Securities').
Vanessa is currently Chief Financial Officer and an executive director at Grainger plc.
