Further to the announcement on 29 September 2020, Reach plc (the "Company") confirms that 12,798,952 Ordinary shares of £0.10 each, to be issued to shareholders on the Company's register of members as at 6.00 p.m. on 22 October 2020 (the "Bonus Issue"), are expected to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 23 October 2020.

In accordance with the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R and 5.6.1AR, subsequent to the Bonus Issue, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 322,085,269 Ordinary shares of £0.10 each including treasury shares. The Company holds 10,017,620 Ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total voting rights in the Company are 312,067,649 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
