Flughafen Wien AG AG hereby announces that at the end of the month June 2016 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 84,000,000 voting rights. The stated capital is now EUR 152,670,00.00. The change of total voting rights is effective as of 27.06.2016.

In accordance with the stipulations contained in § 93 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Flughafen Wien AG (FWAG) announces that the total number of voting rights at the end of June 2016 amounted to 84,000,000 voting rights. The share capital of the company remains the same, at EUR 152,670,000. Accordingly, each no-par value share represents a proportionate amount of the share capital, or EUR 1.8175 per share. The increase in the number of shares from the previous level of 21,000,000 shares to 84,000,000 at present results from the resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting held on May 31, 2016, which approved a one-for-four stock split. The corresponding amendment to the Articles of Association was entered in the Commercial Register on June 17, 2016. The change in the stock exchange listing took place on June 27, 2016. Due to the implementation of international stock market standards in Austria, the Flughafen Wien AG share is exclusively listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange using the new ISIN AT00000VIE62 as of June 27, 2016.
