SALE OF A 35,000 sq.m OFFICE COMPLEX IN CLICHY-LA-GARENNE (Paris region)

Nexity has announced the off-plan sale of an office complex totalling 35,000 sq.m of useable floor space in Clichy-La-Garenne, on the outskirts of Paris.

Nexity announced that it signed a VEFA contract (sale pending future state of completion) today for an office complex totalling 35,000 sq.m of useable floor space in Clichy-La-Garenne, on the outskirts of Paris. The "Le Nuovo" building, two thirds of which has already been let, includes three separate seven storey towers and a corporate dining area.

The complex will comply with RT 2012 energy efficiency regulations less 10%, and have energy consumption 10% lower than the benchmark level. It will aim for BREEAM "Very Good" status as well as the "HQE Niveau Excellent" environmental quality label (Passeport Bâtiment Durable CERTIVEA). Nexity has also granted the tenant a guarantee on operating costs.

Delivery of the office complex is scheduled for January 2016.
