Kering annonce que Redcats a finalisé la cession de ses marques nordiques, Ellos et Jotex, à Nordic Capital Fund VII. Le montant de la transaction a été encaissé conformément aux termes de l'accord définitif de cession annoncé le 25 février 2013.
Kering announces that Redcats has closed the sale of its Nordic brands, Ellos and Jotex, to Nordic Capital Fund VII. The purchase price was paid in accordance with the terms of the definitive sale agreement previously announced on 25 February 2013.
