On the current report regarding shareholding structure and total number of voting rights as at 30 September 2020, the footnote should be read "* 997,389,032 treasury shares were acquired by the Fund in the tenth and eleventh buy-back programme. Please recall that on 30 September 2020, the Trade Registry registered the decrease of the subscribed registered share capital from RON 3,959,264,762.44 to RON 3,749,282,292.08, by cancelling a number of 403,812,443 treasury shares acquired by the Fund within the tenth buy-back programme." instead of "* 997,389,032 treasury shares were acquired by the Fund in the eleventh buy-back programme. Please recall that on 30 September 2020, the Trade Registry registered the decrease of the subscribed registered share capital from RON 3,959,264,762.44 to RON 3,749,282,292.08, by cancelling a number of 403,812,443 treasury shares acquired by the Fund within the tenth buy-back programme.".
