Kering annonce avoir finalisé l'acquisition d'une participation majoritaire dans le groupe Pomellato selon les termes annoncés le 24 avril 2013, après avoir obtenu l'aval des autorités de la concurrence.

Kering announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the Pomellato group, in accordance with the terms announced on 24 April, 2013, after having received clearance from the antitrust authorities.
