Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 24 September 2020, all the Resolutions contained in the Notice of the AGM were duly passed on a show of hands.

The total number of shares in issue at 6pm on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 was 5,350,725 ordinary shares. 3.29 % of voting capital was instructed.

Copies of all special resolutions numbered 10 to 11 will be made available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism, situated at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
