Further to our announcement of 24 June 2020, Persimmon Plc announces that on 28 September 2020 Dean Finch, Group Chief Executive was granted an award over 17,917 shares under the Persimmon Plc 2017 Performance Share Plan.

The three year performance period will run from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 and there is a further two year holding period before the shares can be released to the Executive Director.
