Appointments of Chairman and Senior Independent Director

Games Workshop Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine O'Donnell as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 January 2021. Elaine has been an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2013. She has been the Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee since 2019, and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Elaine takes over from Nick Donaldson. As referenced in our recent Annual Report, Nick Donaldson will be retiring from the role of Non-Executive Chairman of Games Workshop with effect from 1 January 2021, and from the Board of Games Workshop no later than the 2021 AGM.

Games Workshop also announces that John Brewis will become Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2021. John has been an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2018. He has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee since 2019 and is a member of the Nomination and Audit and Risk Committees. He takes over as Senior Independent Director from Elaine O'Donnell.

The Company is currently seeking a new Non-Executive Director with recent, relevant financial experience, who will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 January 2021.
