The Board of IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed. As at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 15 September 2020, the time by which shareholders who wanted to vote at the AGM must have been entered on the Company's register of members, there were 370,299,455 ordinary shares in issue. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share.
