RULINGS BY THE LENS LABOR COURT

Suresnes, September 10, 2013: Recylex SA (NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0000120388 - RX) has taken note of the rulings given today by the Industry section of the Lens Labor Court within the framework of claims for damages for dismissal without due and just cause filed in 2010 by 136 former non-managerial employees of Metaleurop Nord SAS (claiming a total of €6.9 million, for which provisions have been set aside in Recylex SA's accounts).

The Industry section of the Lens labor tribunal decided to include in Recylex SA's liabilities damages of up to €35,000 and costs of €300 for each of the 136 unprotected former employees.

The company intends to appeal against these decisions, which are not provisionally enforceable.
