The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 11 September 2020, 600,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 70.125 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 24,019,366.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 247,447,288 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 271,466,654. Each share has one voting right.
