Henrik Lund, in the capacity of chairman of the board in DiaGenic ASA,
has received proxies to vote for a total of 4,736,146 of shares,
equivalent to 6.74 percent of the share capital and votes in the
company, in the extraordinary general meeting of DiaGenic ASA on 29
October 2010. The proxies are without instructions and are only valid
for the said general meeting. Lund owns no shares in DiaGenic ASA.
