On 7 September 2020, Sage was notified that Rob Reid, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of 721.03 pence per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Rob Reid is 223,082 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
