Morgan Advanced Materials announces divestment

Morgan Advanced Materials plc ("Morgan") announces that it has, effective 31 August 2020,  sold the assets of its facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States for its Diamonex business to BEST Engineered Surface Technologies, LLC. 

The Diamonex business manufactures, among other products, chemical mechanical planarization pad conditioners sold into the semi-conductor market, scratch and wear resistant windows and other coating products and services, including diamond like carbon coatings.  The Allentown site had revenues in 2019 of £6.8million.
