The nomination and remuneration committee of the Supervisory Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG has early extended the management contract of Dr. Hans Volkert Volckens for another year, until 31 December 2019. This is to ensure successful cooperation beyond the current term of office. Dr. Volckens was first appointed to the management board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG at the end of September 2016, where he is responsible for capital markets & investor relations, tax & accounting, controlling, debt funding and the legal department.
