Confirmation of expiry of period for challenge to Hotter Shoes CVA and consequent investment

Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra") is pleased to confirm that following the approval of the Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") of Hotter Shoes on 28 July 2020 the period for challenge to that outcome has now passed.  No challenges have been made and as such the CVA is now confirmed, and Electra will proceed to make a £2m investment in Hotter, committed in support of the CVA process.
