Bunzl plc - Additional interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019 and interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2020

Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2020, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that the additional interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019 of 35.8p per share will be paid on 16 November 2020 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 16 October 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 15 October 2020. The latest date for receipt of elections under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 26 October 2020.

The Company also confirms that the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2020 of 15.8p per share will be paid on 7 January 2021 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 4 December 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 3 December 2020. The latest date for receipt of elections under the DRP is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 14 December 2020.
