Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated

The Company announces that Awards of nil-cost options over the Company's shares were granted to Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities on 21 August 2020 under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2016 ('PSP') as shown below.

Grant levels have been reduced by one third from the normal annual award levels to take account of the prevailing share price.

Vesting of the awards is subject to the Company's total shareholder return and total accounting return performance conditions measured over a three-year period. Once vested, the awards must be held for a further two years before they can be exercised.
