Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of EKTER S.A.
Athens, 5 January 2026: EKTER S.A. announces the election of Mr. Alexios Pilavios as a non-executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, serving as Vice Chairman.
Mr. Pilavios is one of the most distinguished figures in the Greek financial system, with experience spanning a wide range of sectors, including banking, capital markets, and investment management.
He has a long and successful career in senior executive positions, having served, among others, as Chairman of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, General Manager of Wealth Management at Alpha Bank, and Chairman of the Hellenic Institutional Investors Association.
Over the past decade, he has served and continues to serve as a non-executive member of the boards of directors of listed and non-listed companies, including Alpha Asset Management Mutual Funds Management Company (Chairman), ABC Factors S.A. (Vice Chairman), Hellenic Exchanges S.A., Athens Exchange Clearing House S.A., Hellenic Central Securities Depository S.A., METLEN S.A., Plaisio Computers S.A.B.E., Trade Estates REIC (Real Estate Investment Company), and V.S. Karoulias S.A.
With the assumption of his duties, Mr. Pilavios is expected to contribute significantly to the Company's further development, while strengthening its prestige, transparency, and credibility shareholders, the investment community, and the broader business environment.

Founded in 1959, EKTER S.A. is one of the largest and oldest construction companies in Greece. The Company holds a 6th-class contractor's license and operates in the sectors of construction, tourism, real estate development, and concessions/PPP projects. Since 1994, EKTER S.A. has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
The Company possesses a high level of expertise, technical know-how, and a diversified portfolio of projects, including infrastructure works, hospitals (construction and EPC), hotels, airports, museums, as well as other building and upgrade projects.
Having met all the required criteria, the Company recently submitted an application to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for the acquisition of the highest 7th-class contractor's license, enabling it to participate in even larger public and private projects—an important development that marks its entry into a new phase of growth.
