Update on Chief Executive Officer Appointment
Further to its announcement of 24 June 2020 confirming the appointment of Dean Finch as Group Chief Executive, Persimmon notes today's announcement by National Express Group PLC that Dean will be leaving the business with effect from 31 August 2020.
Persimmon now expects that Dean will be able to take up his post as Persimmon CEO earlier than originally envisaged and anticipates confirming his start date shortly.
