Interim Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable

Man Group plc (the "Company") announced an interim dividend of 4.9 cents per ordinary share on 30 July 2020 and communicated that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 18 August 2020. The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the interim dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 13 August 2020, using the WM/Reuters closing mid-point spot rate as at 4:00pm (London time), as published in the Financial Times, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.31012. Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to Shareholders in relation to the final dividend will be 3.7 pence per ordinary share.

The final dividend will be paid on 2 September 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 August 2020.
