NOTICE OF EARLY REDEMPTION

SANTANDER UK PLC

(the "Issuer")

USD 20,000,000 Callable Fixed Rate Notes due 2030

(the "Notes")

ISIN: US00279VCD55

NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN to the Noteholders that the Issuer will redeem all outstanding Notes at their principal amount, together with any accrued interest to but excluding 26 August 2020 (the "Optional Redemption Date") pursuant to condition 7(d) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer (Issuer Call)) of the terms and conditions of the Notes contained in the Prospectus dated 5 May 2010 (the "Conditions") and item 22 of the final terms dated 25 August 2010 relating to the Notes. The Issuer will also request the cancellation of the listing of the Notes on the London Stock Exchange with effect on and from the Optional Redemption Date.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meanings as those ascribed to them in the Conditions.
