This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage announces that Robert Reid, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, has exercised options over 90,000  ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at an option price of 22 pence per share under The Sage Group plc 2017 Share Option Plan on 13 August 2020. The options were originally granted on 12 October 2011 subject to roll over as part of the Intacct Corporation acquisition on 3 August 2017 and matured on 3 August 2018. The resultant total shareholding of Robert Reid is 343,082 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence in Sage.
