Sage announces that Amanda Cusdin, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, has exercised options over 644  ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at an option price of 559 pence per share under The Sage Save and Share Plan on 11 August 2020. The options were originally granted on 1 June 2017 and matured on 1 August 2020. The resultant total shareholding of Amanda Cusdin is 29,732 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence in Sage.
