This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage announces that on 3 August 2020 the following persons, who are Members of the Executive Committee of Sage ("PDMRs"), have exercised options under the terms of their respective share option plans over the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage ("Shares") at an option price as set out below.

The options of Klaus-Michael Vogelberg and Derk Bleeker were originally granted on 17 June 2015 under The Sage Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan and matured on 1 August 2020.

The options of Vicki Bradin were originally granted on 1 June 2017 under The Sage Save and Share Plan and matured on 1 August 2020.
