In October 2013, Aéroports de Paris saw 7.8 million passengers, an increase of 5.0% on October 2012. 5.4 million passengers travelled through Paris-Charles de Gaulle (+3.4%) and 2.4 million through Paris-Orly (+8.8%).
It should be noted that traffic in October 2013 benefited from a positive calendar effect due to Thanksgiving holidays (from October 19 to November 4 in 2013 vs. from October 27 to November 8 in 2012).
Since the beginning of 2013, Aéroports de Paris passenger traffic has seen growth of 1.4% with a total of 76.6 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers is up by 1.5%. The connecting rate remains unchanged at 23.8%.
Passenger traffic at TAV Airports, 38%-owned by Aéroports de Paris, increased by 11.1% in October 2013 and has risen by 17.7%(1) since the beginning of the year.
