NewRiver notifies the market that Baroness Ford, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, has been appointed as an Independent Non Executive on the UK Oversight Board of Deloitte LLP. In this regard, she will also be a member of the North and South European Board of Deloitte LLP. The appointment is effective from 1 August 2020.
