Total Voting Rights
In accordance with rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's ('FCA') Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Informa PLC (the 'Company') notifies the market that, as at 30 July 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,502,137,804 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 1,502,137,804.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
