Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that it has today granted, pursuant to The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan, options over 8,910 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Andrew Lewis, a director of the Company. The options will be exercisable in three years time at an exercise price of 202p per share.
