Vienna, 5 March 2018.Raiffeisen Bank InternationalAG(RBI) decided todayto redeem the "EUR290,318,000 Callable Subordinated Fixed Rate ResetNotes due 2023"(Series 18 under the RBI EUR25,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme for the issue ofNotes).Notice is herebygiven that - pursuant to § 5 (3) (EarlyRedemption at theOption of the Issuer) of the Conditions of the Notes as set out in the respective Final Terms dated 24October 2012 - all Notes with the ISINXS0843322750 in the currentlyoutstanding aggregate principal amount of EUR290,318,000 will be redeemed at par on the Call Redemption Date 27April 2018.
