Indivior PLC - Board Committee Change

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, July 27, 2020 - Indivior PLC announces that Daniel J. Phelan, who was appointed an interim member of the Audit Committee in August 2019, has stepped down as a member of that Committee and has been reappointed a member of Nomination & Governance Committee.  These changes are effective immediately.

Following this change, the membership of the Audit and Nomination & Governance Committees is as follows:
