Director / PDMR Shareholding

AO World plc announces that it received notification on 16 July 2020 that John Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 154,495 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 143.97p per Ordinary Share on 14 July 2020.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Roberts holds 108,055,107* Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 22.58% of the current issued share capital.
