Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Publication of Scrip Dividend Circular

At the EGM of the Company held on 25 February 2020, Shareholders authorised the Directors to offer holders of Ordinary Shares the right to elect to receive Ordinary Shares credited as fully paid, instead of cash in respect of interim dividends declared by the Company until the AGM of the Company to be held in 2022 (the "Scrip Dividend Alternative").

The Company has posted to Shareholders a Circular setting out the terms of the Scrip Dividend Alternative (the "Circular"). Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM, on the Company's website at https://www.seqifund.com/downloads, or provided on request from the Company Secretary.
