Issue of Equity

Sure Ventures plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of £ 225,000 by way of a private placing with two Investors.  The Ordinary Shares have been issued at 97.5p each, which after the costs and expenses of the issue represents a premium to the last published NAV per share of 92.61p per share in March 2020.

Application has been made in respect of 230,769 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Funds Segment of the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission").  Admission will become effective and dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. (London time) on and around the 9th of July 2020.

Following Admission, the Company will have 5,350,725 Ordinary Shares in issue. The total number of voting rights of the Company will be 5,350,725. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
