COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), the Company announces that Richard Butts, a practising solicitor, will take over the role of Company Secretary from Chris Muir with immediate effect.

Chris Muir continues in his position as Chief Financial Officer, whilst relinquishing the position of Company Secretary.
