Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6) issued by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,038,128,556 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,038,128,556. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
