The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that Cath Keers has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer with effect from 8 September 2020 and will step down from the Board as a non-independent Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Sir Donald Brydon, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Cath for her contribution in her role as a Director and would like to wish her continued success in her new role within the Group".

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
