On 26 June 2020, Yew Tree gave an irrevocable undertaking to subscribe for shares in the placing of the Company announced on 26 June 2020 (the "Placing").
On 29 June 2020, Yew Tree agreed to syndicate some of the shares for which it has agreed to subscribe under the Placing to other members of the consortium of shareholders in the Company led by Yew Tree. This syndication is further described in the announcement of the Placing published by the Company on 26 June 2020.
