Imerys has completed the divestment of four calcium carbonate industrial sites

The divestment of four industrial sites to Omya, a project announced in September 2013, was completed and became effective today. Dedicated to the paper market, those plants are located in France (Sainte-Croix de Mareuil), in Sweden (Köping), in Italy (Massa) and in the United States (Kimberly) and totaled revenue of approximately €75 million in 2012. Valuation criteria are comparable with those applied to recent operations completed by Imerys.
