Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.

On 25 June 2020 Chris Morgan acquired 955,943 shares by exercising nil cost options granted on 22 June 2016 and 12 June 2017 pursuant to the Company's 2014 Performance Share Plan and subsequently sold on the same day 449,293 of those shares in order to fund resulting tax liabilities.
