Issue of Equity

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 19 June 2020 it unconditionally allotted and issued 4,033,517 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 159.82p and 171.43p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 11 February 2020.  The Offer was fully subscribed and raised approximately £25 million before costs, the Offer is now closed.

An application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 25 June 2020.

Following this allotment, the Company now has 147,391,486 Ordinary Shares in issue.
